WPAFW grants full refunds up until a certain date depending on registration level. Past the deadlines outlined below, we unfortunately cannot provide refunds, partial or otherwise.
Refund Deadline
The refund deadline is the last day of preregistration for each registration level. Refund requests after these times will not be granted.
- Sponsor: September 21, 2026 at 11:59 pm EST
- Super Sponsor: September 6, 2026 at 11:59 pm EST
- Ultra Sponsor: August 16, 2026 at 11:59 pm EST
Refund Request Process
- Log into our registration system.
- Click the “request a refund” link.
- Email [email protected] the following information:
- Legal First Name
- Legal Last Name
- Badge Name or Order Number
- No other method of communication will serve as official in regard to refund requests (e.g., Telegram).
- Refunds will be issued to the method of payment originally used to purchase your registration.

Transferring Registration
Registration can be transferred between individuals. Requests to transfer registration must come before the refund deadlines outlined above. To request a transfer of registration, email [email protected] the following information:
- Current Registrant Legal First Name
- Current Registrant Legal Last Name
- Badge Name or Order Number
- Current Registrant Date of Birth
- Receiving Registrant Legal First Name
- Receiving Registrant Legal Last Name
- Receiving Registrant Date of Birth
The person receiving the transferred registration will need to have an account with our registration software before starting the transfer process. Once the registration has been transferred, it becomes the property of the recipient.
Upgrade / Downgrade
Registration level can be upgraded or downgraded before the refund deadlines outlined above. Upgrading and downgrading can be done through our registration software.
The deadline to upgrade is based on the registration deadline for the desired level. For example, Sponsor level registrants can only upgrade to Super Sponsor level before the refund deadline for Super Sponsors.
The deadline to downgrade is based on the registration deadline for the currently held level. For example, Ultra Sponsor level registrants can only downgrade to Super Sponsor or Sponsor level before the refund deadline for Ultra Sponsors. When downgrading, registrants will receive a refund for the difference in price between registration levels.
Event Cancellation
In the event that WPAFW is cancelled, all registrants will be fully refunded. Refunds will be issued to the method of payment originally used to purchase your registration.
